Welcome to High Five Solutions Pte. Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application (the “Platform”), which enables you to submit job descriptions and receive profiles of candidates interested in those roles.

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About Us

High Five Solutions Pte. Ltd is a technology-driven recruitment and Employer of Record (EoR) company. Through our Platform, we help clients source, evaluate, and hire talent, and we also provide compliant employment infrastructure in select markets. Depending on your engagement with us, you may use the Platform for recruitment purposes only, or in combination with our EoR services under a separate Master Service Agreement.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The online application operated by High Five Solutions Pte. Ltd for managing searches and viewing candidate profiles
• Client: Any individual or organization using the Platform to post jobs or view candidate profiles
• Candidate Profile: Information about individuals expressing interest in job opportunities submitted via the Platform
• Services: The functionality and tools provided through the Platform, including job intake, candidate sharing, and other recruitment-related tools

3. Use of Platform

You may use the Platform to:

• Submit job descriptions and related hiring requirements
• Create and manage active candidate searches
• View, review, and receive candidate profiles introduced by High Five
• Track candidate progress through the recruitment process
• Use other recruitment-related tools made available through the Platform

As part of the Services, High Five may source, identify, contact, screen, and introduce candidates for your active searches. Candidate profiles may be shared with you through the Platform, email, messaging applications, or other agreed communication channels.
